In Theaters – October 21st, 2011

Who cares if Paranormal Activity 3 is a stinker or not, the pic is coming out in time for Halloween and a scare or two is in order for fun. Fortunately, the movie delivers up its share of chills.

In this third installment (a prequel), the year is 1988 and two sisters, Katie (Katie Featherston) and Kristie (Sprague Grayden), befriend an invisible entity that lives in their home. Ooh, spooky.

There have been numerous versions of The Three Musketeers on both film and TV and this particular reboot is an Uber action version of the classic story courtesy of Director Paul W.S. Anderson, who brought us the successful (despite being disjointed) Resident Evil flicks.

He’s cast his Resident Evil good luck charm, Milla Jovovich as Milady de Winter and she apparently can kick as much booty as the guys. En garde!

Don’t expect a faithful retelling of The Three Musketeers, but rather an updated story driven by 3D imagery.

The Mighty Macs is an uplifting family film set in the ‘70s and based on a true story. Cathy Rush (Carla Gugino) becomes the head basketball coach at the all-girls Catholic college Immaculata College.

OK, you probably guessed it, the team has no gym or uniforms and the college is on the verge of being sold, but Rush still aims to take the team to victory in their first national championship.

Johnny English Reborn stars Rowan Atkinson as Johnny English, a quirky spy trying to redeem himself by going up against international assassins.

Expect Atkinson to use high-tech gadgets (wacky of course) to unravel the web of conspiracy.
