JOHNNY WRIGHT’S ‘ON THE SPOT’ GOT SIX

Johnny Wright helped launched the careers of many performers, including Britney Spears.

After thousands of online submissions, weeks of testing their musical prowess and a grueling Los Angeles boot camp the online talent search, On The Spot: Johnny Wright’s Quest for the Next Supergroup” presented by AT&T came to a sensational conclusion when legendary music manager Johnny Wright chose six talented singers to be a part of his next supergroup.

“I’m really happy with the talent we found with On The Spot,” said music manager Johnny Wright.  “We wound up with some incredibly talented musicians and it’s going to be thrilling to move ahead and see what we can turn this into.”

The talented artists that earned their place in the group include Ben Vredevelt, Kellyeann Rodgers and Jeston Cade from Nashville, TN, Jacqui Elliot from San Jose, CA, James McNeiece from Howell, MI and Philippe Touzel from Montreal, Canada.

Johnny will also manage the solo career for Jazz Aytes, a 16-year old from Detroit, MI.

Famed manager Johnny Wright, credited with launching the careers of artists like Britney Spears, NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys, has handpicked this group with the help of his team of experts and some talented artists including Ciara and Joe Jonas.  During the season the contestants were critiqued by Perez Hilton and inspired by Glee’s Darren Chris when he took on the challenge of an acoustic performance on a street corner.

“The group that [Johnny Wright] put together is like a vocal juggernaut,” said Jonas Brothers guitar man John Taylor.  “There is no stopping them vocally.  It’s an incredibly strong group.”

The new band members will be flown to Los Angeles to collaborate with Johnny on their first single which will be released later this year.  An official band name is yet to be announced but fans can still visit OnTheSpot.Cambio.com for the latest information on the stellar group.
